Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are based on your total order. Oversized packages and multiple
box shipments are subject to additional handling charges. If you shipping destination
is International, APO/FPO, Hawaii and Alaska, our customer service representative
will call you prior to billing and shipping to advise you of your total order dollar
amount and shipping costs.
- Processing Time - Orders received Monday through Friday will be process within
24 to 48 hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed
on the next business day. To avoid delay in order processing, please insure your
order “billing” address is the same on your credit card account. For your protection,
your order will not process if there is an address / credit card discrepancy. A
customer service representative will contact you via email and/or telephone to resolve
the discrepancy. If no resolution can be made, your order will be cancelled. Payments
by check or money order may require additional time. You will be contacted in the
event that an item is out-of-stock or is no longer available.
- Shipment Time – Shipping time varies based on final order destination and
mode of transportation mode, air or ground.
- Rush Delivery – IMPORTANT: We will make every effort to process your order
quickly. Please see “Processing Time” above. Rush delivery relates to the mode of
shipping which will ultimately determine the actual delivery day.
Shipping Rates and Times According to Stock Availability
We ship via US Postal Service or UPS Ground in the continental United States. Shipments
to Alaska & Hawaii will have an additional shipping cost applied. The following
shipping charges will apply to orders shipped within the continental United States.
If you are purchasing items to be shipped outside the continental United States,
please refer to our International orders policy.

*How do I qualify for FREE Shipping?
Add the appropriate item to your shopping cart if a product states that it is eligible
for FREE shipping. An item qualifies for FREE shipping under the following minimum
order free shipping program:
- If your order is comprised of at least $300 in items marked with “Free Shipping
for Orders over $300”, shipping for all items with that notation will be free. Please
note, not all items qualify for free shipping.
If Free Shipping is available for your order but your order also contains one or
more ineligible items, you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
Free shipping on qualified items is only available if the shipping destination is
within the continental United States. Free shipping is not available for International,
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO destinations.
We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return or exchange policy?
If an order is incorrect, you must contact the customer service department to resolve
the error. At that time, it will be determined whether an exchange or refund will
be processed.
Return Shipping: Return items via prepaid USPS or UPS. It is recommended
that your shipment is insured for the full value of the purchase. Use original packaging.
We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Enclose a copy
of your packing list or email invoice along with detailed instructions.

International Orders
Electronic money transfers, money orders, or cashier’s checks may be required for
transactions not originating from the U.S. Funds must be sent in U.S. currency.
Buyer is responsible for their local customs, tax and duties.
Additional shipping charges will be added to international orders. Charges will
be based on the weight & overall dimensions of the package. Additional insurance
fees may apply based on the value of the order. These charges are specific to the
destination of the country. Las Vegas Harley-Davidson is not responsible for any
delay incurred by the Customs Declaration Department.
Shipping
We ship using two methods:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Postal Service)
The above methods are used to ship to destinations outside of the continental United
States. You will receive via email insurance information and a receipt delivery
confirmation number to track your order. You will be responsible for filing a claim
with USPS in case your shipment gets lost. You will
You will be responsible for the payment of any duty or custom fees levied by your
country. Please contact custom officials in your country to find out how much you
can expect to pay on the arrival of your order.
You will be emailed notification of the final shipping price charged to your card
when Las Vegas Harley-Davidson (LVHD) ships your order. LVHD will charge your card
the original order price plus the same shipping price charged by the selected shipping
service.
Returns
To return an item, please contact our customer service representative at

Gift Purchases
If you are placing an order for any merchandise that will be sent as a gift, it
is recommended that you contact the Customer Service Dept. (1.877.571.7174, ext.
107) to ensure that the item is in stock and will be shipped in time for a specific
delivery date.
Sales Tax
As required, we must charge sales tax for orders delivered to the states of Nevada
and Utah.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and government credit cards.
Please be sure that you provide your exact billing address and telephone number
– the same address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for
you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Backordered (Items Out of Stock)
Items
This site does not reflect inventory on hand. Due to the volume of orders we receive,
our inventory changes by the minute. An item that is in stock when you place your
order may be out of stock at the time of order processing.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. If an item
is scheduled to be out of stock for 30 days or more, you will be notified by our
customer service representative via email and/or telephone. You will have the option
to cancel your order at that time. Backorders will be filled before new orders when
the backordered items become available.
